  1. Beautiful! Wonderful verses!
    Realising physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health are inseparable, I always gain strength from Verses in 1 & 2 Corinthians. 1 Cor 3:16-17, 2 Cor 6:14-20, Rom 12:1&2, 1 Cor 10:31, 1 Tim 4:8 & 1 Tim 5:23. Looks like the disciples were on a real health mission in the early church.
    When I continue to challenge myself with ‘my body is a temple of the holy spirit’. & “My Body is a gift from our father God, Jesus paid his life for my body, what i choose to do with this body is my gift to God and Jesus.
